[REQ] skill tree script like Diablo2 or WoW

i need a fully customizable skill tree system
i need the tree to differ from class to class
if you haven't played World of warcraft it looks like this

there is 3 categories and each contains different talents to spend points on

you get these talent points every level

the talent do different things some teach you new skills others upgrade the skill or your stats

each talent may require either a certain level or an amount of points sent in a talent or a category

i need an point per level option so say levels 1-9 no points levels 10-99 1 point and 100 4 points

Please somone, this is what I would like, to use in the Original Diablo Starter Kit, (I may get round to doing this myself if i have time) But if anyone else is out there, Please do do this!
