(Req) CP Bar.

I'd like to request a small addition to my game.
The CP bar would be a third bar, similar to that of an MP/HP bar. Except that it reduces everytime I use a specific skill.
ie.

Skill A uses MP
Skill A (ss) uses the CP

If you would like for me to elaborate some more let me know. No need for you to test it with the scripts I'm using. I'm willing to accept the script with the basic battle system.
