[REQ]ABS addon

Im using Mr.mo's global ABS and I wonder if someone can make a script for a skill to work on some specific tiles. Like if I use cross cut then it attacks all monsters in the range of the cross like that:
    ||
==@==
    ||
Or for example a skill that makes a huricane that attacks all monster in a circle shaped range.
