is there a fog that makes the screen look like a cinema? like where the black comes down (like widescreen DVDs)

If you ever played J-Streets Frailness of the Touch you can see how this is done.

You create a picture 640x480 in size and add the black blocks where and how you want them, sho that picture in game and wallah, there you have it. Just by using the show picture event it's done easily.

Yes, you do. You have Paint. You can download, for free, Paint.NET, The Gimp, Graphicsgale, or the Photoshop CS2 free trial.

Then just draw what you need ^_^ Make a black box on the top, then copy it to the bottom. Fill the rest with some outstanding color (red, green, tangela *lol*). Now either save it as transparent/interlanced PNG or set the red/green/tangela area transparent during importing in the RMXP import manager.

I just use this -

thanx alot, everyone ^^. but, uh, Skyline... i'm not trying to be mean about giving credit b/c i give credit where it is due, but to tell you the truth, there's no real point b/c its so simple (thanx, BlueScope... ^^)
