I forgot to do this earlier. Aaaaanyway, critique gogogogogo.

Lighting on the face is sorta funky, yes. It was supposed to be coming from sides/bottomish or something, I guess. I used a photo reference but have lost it. Other comments? I really should draw things big and then resize. For some reason I painted this at this size originally.

I'm too lazy to explain the story behind this. I was gonna cel shade it but decided I liked it better this way.

The lighting works nevertheless. I like your the portrait a lot. Drawing big and resizing would clean up any inregularities and mistakes. I tend to draw too small as well.
