Replacing textcode with text

I want to create a new code for the show text (messagebox) action.
Like \b[text] in the text for the show text event would remove the \b[] but make the text contained within the square parenthesis shown in bold.

Thank you. ( I already know about the Message Systems, but I really do not want to have to use them.)

You don't have to use them, but if you look at them and see how they are set up, then you can more than likely figure it out on your own. That's what I do, anyway.

Why do you want to create code that already exists?.
Just use the message systems, cut some for you useless pieces out, credit the maker of the script;
problem solved.
