Its... very manga like. There really is no discerning style that comes out of this piece. The pose is also very bland and generic, not particularly eye-catching and expressive.
Bravo on the colored version's line art.

I´m not that good at drawing good poses-.- but I thought it wasn't that bad..

There, thats much better!

Few nickpicks.
High lights and a second shade would be nice.
Her arm is really fat compared to the rest of her, her right breast is lower than her left one, and she has no ears. Oh yeah, the hand could be a bit bigger. No pupils?

You can gauge the size of the hand by comparing proportions. Open your hand and put it to your face, it should almost cover your whole face.

Youre linework is clean and shaven, but it could use touch ups line where it meets the breast (our left side of her, you can see a line break through)
You should have carried over the details from the sketch, pervert, but your linework and curves are the strongest.

Enhance shading by using more than one tone. Darker in deeper areas and lighter shades in areas closer to the highlights. It gives more depth

I just dont like more than 1 shade color':|, just easy cell shading is what im doing. and the eyes .. yes, they are bad I know.

Haha thats real good Red Wolf. I also like the one shade colour, one because its easier ;p and two i just like the style. Keep 'em coming.

Your sketches are nice, and your lines are crisp, and the coloring is refreshing to look at.

XD The skirt on the darker one will be a little... revealing if she puts her legs straight and walks.

Keep it up, I'd like to see more.

Not bad. I would offer more suggestions, but the main ones have been addressed already. And if something isn't really your area of expertise, try experimenting. You might be surprised with what you come up with...so I'd give the shading a little bit of a try at least, see what happens.

You dont like it because... it takes to long? Or too much effort?

I like the one-shade colouring. It's very different and fresh and beats the heck out of seeing the same old-same old shading styles done over and over again lol Keep it up. You have a really nice style and I can't wait until you post up more!
