Ragnarok Sprites For Characters

Okay so I finally found the Ragnarok sprites that I have been wanting to use for the battlers and characters but I found a problem. I thought I had made the characters the correct size but apparently not. The one I made is below. When I try to test it in my game it does not show up at all. It's not finished but you get the idea of what i'm trying to do. Anyone know the problem? If the size is wrong what size should I have it?

Wel,

1. RMXP characters are 4x4
2. If the image isn't showing it may be showing one of your blank frames there
