quick question regarding installation

i don't know wtf is going on, but maybe someone can help me.

for the longest time, i have been using RMXP on my old laptop (which ran windows XP). I had all program files on my external drive (zips, etc.)

i'm trying to get the program back onto my new laptop (which runs windows vista). I re-installed RMXP onto my hard drive, no problems.

Now, when I OPEN the program, I get this message:

"Failed to obtain a trial serial number from the nTitles server".

I bought the program, I have the activation codes and everything. What should I do?

Luckily I got here before you got ripped up by someone else. xP
This has been asked several times and a quick search on nTitles returned several results.
