Question... how will this work? Please help.

Okay, well, my computer doesn't have internet. But my boyfriend's does. I downloaded the LEGAL version of RPG Maker XP. Is there ANY POSSIBLE way to grab a trial serial number somewhere on my boyfriend's computer (which has internet) and take it to my computer? Otherwise, I CAN'T use RPG Maker XP on my computer at all... which I'd be depressed about.

Please help!

i don't know for sure cause i thought it went out to a server and activated the install. can't you take your pc to his house for a day?

Just drag your pc to your boyfriends house and steal his connection use his monitor, keyboard, and mouse so you don't have to take anything else but the boxd.

I suppose I can... I'd have to convince my mom. Will it hurt my computer? It's kinda old... 2003/2004ish, I think. I don't remember. I'd be extremely careful, but I actually have to take a metro bus to his place, and haul it in his truck, then haul it upstairs to his house. Will it damage it?

If you're seeking an a-ok from someone that won't be there to blame.. Yeah it should it be fine. Just be careful with it. If you're going to put it in the back of a truck make sure it's strapped down so it can't shift during travel. Other than that don't drop it.
