As far as I've seen in any of the main religions, and most if not all dead/minor ones, there's (in the everyday) very little "wrong" as opposed to "frowned upon". I never liked any "right or wrong" judgements, it doesn't work on society. Circumstances I think make a difference, and as RC said, you couldn't possibly list all the rights or wrongs, let alone the possible occurences and spark of the moments that might allow for such things that were "right" to be violated, and those that are "wrong" to be allowed.
And I don't think, even when I was a Christian kid in any of the 3 different schools (with different sects of faiths) that it was ever stated that God said anything was "right" or "wrong". I've seen statements of "good" and "bad", "just" and "unjust", and I've seen the good and just in one book, in another with a different spin on the event, be bad and unjust.
EDIT:
Correction, I have seen "right" be used and "wrong", realizing that I had just typed something without fully thinking (again) I'll add the thought here... In most of those cases I just thought up, and can remember, I didn't see a correlation to another opposite action automatically being "right/wrong". In one case I can remember (can't quote, if it becomes an issue or debate, I'll find it, and if I can't I'l lretract my statement), one action is wrong. But just a few phrases behind that, the exact opposite action is viewed also as wrong. I remember because I got that question wrong in class and it ruined my nearly half year 100%/A+ grade streak... because I assumed if action A was wrong, then the opposite would be right...
