Question about RMXP Skills and Leveling

I was wondering if it is possible to make is so that a skill becomes more powerfull everytime you level, and if so how would i go about doing that ...

When you edit the skill, you'll see something called ATK-F. What this does is the higher it is, the more it relies on the ATK of the actor, so using this would make the skill more powerful as your actor levels up.
