Question about Importing

Does anybody know why sometimes when you import gfx, it doesnt ask you to set the tranparancy?

That because some graphics already have a pre-set tranparancy when you downloaded it.

well, this is one that i made, and the first time i imported it rmxp asked me, and i need to change something, so i removed it, changed it, now when i import it doesnt ask me, and i need it to. cant seem to fix it. Is there a way to set it once its in the program?

You can't specify a transparency color with jpgs. A lacking support of the alpha channel is my guess. PNG's and BMP's are fine though. Generally go with .png unless the image is small to save on space.
