Most Pokemon, Golden Sun, Lufia, Legend of Zelda, etc. floor puzzles could be re-created, and, in theory, even complex ones such as Bomberman.
Think of pressure plates, boulder pushing, ice paths, teleportation, volatile ground, puzzles you've played in other games, then think of how you'd make them with this tool.
Really, experimentation and imagination will take you where you want to go.
On the other hand, you could also have old-school adventure style puzzles, take Zak and Wiki for example - they use not necessarily constructed floor puzzles and mechanics to make their puzzles, they count on intuition. experimentation and imagination for you to get through the puzzles. For example, you need to activate a see-saw type mechanism - so the player has to think back, and they remember a pushable boulder on the last screen.
This may also involve gathering a stick and some matches to make a fire, etc.
I'm hopefully going to incorporate all this into my upcoming game.
