Project Page: Online Game Maker
Hello,
I would like to present my current project. It's not exactly a game, but something related. I'm looking for feedback/suggestion/critics.
The idea is to make an online HTML5 game maker (similar to construct2, game salad, yoyo gamemaker but of course it's a long way to go), where you can play, make and publish the games directly in one place, in your browser without any plugins.
It's based on PhaserJS game engine and runs on NodeJS with MongoDB. There is a lot to do and the project is currently in the alpha stage.
Here are some screenshots:
There is a time laps making-of video of Flappy Bird with ceilfire (But with the older user interface:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4ceMuH-8xk
(there are more tutorials in the youtube channel)
Links
Project Page: ceilfire.com There you find example games, tutorials, the game maker, help forum etc.
Editor (can be accessed from the page): ceilfire.com/editor
The flappybird game from the video: Flappy-Bird Clone
Let me know what you think! It should work in Firefox or Chrome.
I will try to post updates every two weeks
