Problems with RGSS Player in Vista

I am not sure is this the right place to ask help about RGSS Player problems, but if it is not, mods can move this thread to its right place.

Few days ago I bought a new computer with new OS, called Windows Vista

I installed my RPG Maker in this computer and with little setupping it was in action again (I needed to give admin rights and run it in XP compatibly mode).

But then, the problem occured. I tried to run my own game and BUM! The RGSS player will not open my games! There is not that typical "RGSS Player has stopped working" message with testplay games, but that problem is with encrypted games. Those un-encrypted games just open the player and nothing happens and Vista tells that RGSS player doesn't respond.

It would be f*cking nice to get to RMXP life again, so could you guys please help me with this problem. If you can give me the right answer how to get it work, I will give you apple

Thanks already.

Never run an installer from XP SP2 compatability mode.  It really screws things up.  Also, I only run the program as admin.  I'm not using compatability mode at all.

I meant that I needed to give admin rights to the editors mainfile, I dont give those rights to the installer.

I also tried to remove those compatibly to XP things from the player and that "not-respond" thing just come faster and more clearer..
