This question was bothering me alot!

And without fuseing any chipsets togheter i can't make fine maps (yeah fine maps cuz i suck.) so if anyone can help me ill be very thank full.
Thanks to all the helpers.
and if your going to help me can you write it clearly with steps?
like:
1. get a chipset.
2.w/e.

1. Get chipsets you want to fuse
2. Open paint
3. Paste the chipsets all into one long image

Simple as that, might want to use photoshop though due to the transparencies.

Sorry but...no no no no no! Never ever do this. You need to use a higher-end paint program such as photoshop or the GIMP.
This will NOT work because the spacing wont come out properly, not to mention the transparencies. As you will see in the tutorial I posted, you need to use a grid. It's the only way.

Uh, yeah, I did mention Photoshop in case you glanced over that. I know paint doesn't cover transparencies, but it's a quick fix solution.

And you don't need a grid, all tilesets have standard dimensions, I've had no problems with just filling in the background of an image, pasting the new tiles below it, then deleting the fill. It works.
