Preview PSDs in Windows Explorer

Found this little gem--I LOVE IT!

A pain-free way to view PSD, TARGA, and DIRECTX images and textures from within Windows Explorer. All you have to do is install and restart. No annoying registry editing or dll ganking. Doesn't even consume any extra system resources. Can't tell you how much time this saves me. I have way too many image files :D

Supports x86 and x64 Windows 7, Vista, and XP.
