Post a Picture From Your Photobucket! [Image-Heavy!]

What's this, Miek?

Well, since we're already whoring ourselves and our pets on a certain internet forum (you know who you are,) I figured it was only a matter of time until the next logical step had to be made -- that's right, our albums. The inner sanctums in which we holster our hopes and dreams, keeping them ready to present to our peers amid thunderous applause, then cast them aside. Those oft-visited vaults where we place our creations to be seen, only to be forgotten in an instant once they are no longer new or exciting. No more, I say! Let us wander through the Internet's memory and marvel at how well it remembers us still! Let us find the ghosts of the past and bring them forth, granting to them for just an instant the glory they once held!

Memories are a wonderful thing, friends. They must be respected, and to these ends I created this thread. Let it be at your service.

Sounds cool, but how do I do it?

Just pick an image at random from your Photobucket account (or whichever image hosting service you use) and post it here if you think it'll elicit a chuckle or a "hey that's cool." Context and commentary are appreciated, but not necessary.

It's sort of a "random images" thread, if you may, just hopefully not as retarded as they always are.

I'm an extreme masochist and enjoy having limitations placed over my actions. Are there any rules I should follow?

Sure, you asked for it.

1. Please don't present images you've posted on the forums recently. Seeing the same image in multiple threads gets tiring, and this thread is not intended as a place for people to whore things they've already made exhaustively common.

2. Use your discretion. Porn, shock images, and general faggotry are not allowed.

3. Use your discretion again. If it's a picture of you, post it in Post a Picture of Yourself! If it's a picture of your pet, send it to the pet equivalent. If it's your new characterset/tileset/screenshot, don't be a whore -- take it to Resource Analysis/the Screenshot Thread.

4. If your image is especially big (big enough to stretch a forum page,) please put it in spoilers. That's manners.

5. No 4chan.

6. Consider who's in your pictures. Potential issues can arise from posting a picture of a friend who has not necessarily agreed to have their pictures shared. Again, use your discretion... Again.

I think that about covers it. If I may, please allow me to start off our fantastic voyage...

through the forgotten catacombs and darkest recesses of our psyches!

I can't draw with ballpoint pens. And the scarecrow's head is bigger than his hat. :x

WHO DID THAT

A really crappy logo I made a long time ago for my first project.

(Probably should add another guideline- some people won't consider the other people in their pictures, so they should be aware of any possible issues there)

This was created when I was just starting with photoshop, and I often use it as my desktop.  One of these days, I'll get around to uprezzing it for true desktop use.

These are older versions.  The one on the right is the original.

I really liked this and use it on my myspace.  It is also my desktop at school.

A drawing I did and really liked.

This is what my desktop looked like about a year and a half ago.  It is no where near as cluttered now.

This is what my desktop looks like now:

I have some more games on my computer, but they are on my '98 system, not XP

The first one's pretty cool Darkfire; the second one, not so much. Reminds me that I shouldn't drink so much coffee...

Thank you.  I assume you are talking about Angel and Devil.  It took me about six months of playing around with it to finally get it to the last stage.

As for the fangs (if you are talking about them, too,) they fit really well with my myspace.

It's not Sailor Moon, just generic magical girl stuff.

What's sad is that the comments on the Youtube video that's from actually seem to be taking the creator seriously... :x

Oh. And before anyone says anything, I'm not posting this in Resource Analysis because it was just for fun and I don't intend to actually use it.
