Pokemon Scripts ?

I've decided to make a Pokemon game as a side project (This wont affect the making of my primary game), and I've heard theres a Pokemon SDK so you can have it like the normal Pokemon battle system ? And the menus and stuff ?

I would appreciate it if someone could give me a link or something to this ?
And also, a website with the pokemon games resources or something helpful like that ?
