Please help with Minkoff's Animated Battlers!

Looks to me that you downloaded the 'Original' version of Minkoff's Animated Battlers which supported only 10-pose battlers.  Newer versions of Animated Battlers uses 11-pose battlers and they'd get cut up like that.

Now you could edit your battlers to have only 10 poses (that's vertical), or you could use the newer version out there that I've been maintaining (version 10.3 right now).

Oh... and the topic has a .pdf file with a rundown of the new features you can use.  LOTS of features.  It'll take some practice and patience for you to understand them all... ;)

After downloading and implementing an up to date version of the script make sure to clear out the default settings that are there, the demo is there to show what the system can do and makes use of several options you may not want to use, go to the configuration section and read the instructions, then edit it where needed.
Roxas the scripts don't come ready to be used, pay attention to the instructions in the script and also have a look at the helpfile in the Minkoff topic.

@rpgmakerxp08: you also need to clear out the configuration settings, that sprite sheet thing is most likely because you still have the original settings in place (for example with the default settings actor 1 is using a picture for a battler like in the DBS, if you used a sideview battler without modifying the configuration it would just show up as a sheet of sprites) although in future if you're having a problem you should probably make your own help topic ;)
