Pixelmovement + Seph's Encounter Control

Hi guys!
I have problem with the Pixelmovement and Seph's Encounter Control.
When i use only the Seph's Encounter Control the monster appear in the definited area but when install the Pixelmovement the monster doesn't appear.
Who can help? I tried all.
