Picture as windowskin.

Oj.

This might be more of a script request than some help, but I recon it's fairly easy..

So, I'm trying to get a picture for windowskin.
This is because my text isn't very readable.. and windowskins can't do what a picture can do.
I'm talking about a standard sized picture of 640 x 480 frames.
I am still using the windowskin, but I've made it transparent.

What I've tried so far is adding:

   @sprite = Sprite.new
   @sprite.bitmap = RPG::pictures('TEXT')

... in message_window

While using this image: http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/9601/textwv6.png (and naming it "TEXT")(my text is in the middle of the screen)

What am I doing wrong?

PS: I know there's a script by Mac that does this, but I can't seem to find it.

ok this is what you need to do

do to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterbrain\RGSS2\RPGVX\Graphics\System

and past this img file over the Window.png so you have the new window for the background txt

but this is a PRG Maker VX window so this doesnt work if you use XP because the img is other than this one

so just right klik and save as

Thanks, but that's not exactly my question..
I'm not trying to put in a different windowskin, I'm actually trying to show a picture everytime a message is displayed UNDER the windowskin.
