Pick me a Phone!

I'm thinking about getting a cell phone, but I've got two problems.

One:  I have no clue what to get

AND

Two:  I'm pretty broke right now.

So I'm turning to .org to suggest me a decent phone that doesn't cost a king's ransom.

Feature wise, I don't really care outside of a few things.  I have to have texting support.  This comes standard with pretty much everything these days, but I'd still like to bring that up.  I'd also like a camera, if possible, but I don't guess that's an absolute must. 

As much as I hate it, Verizon is what I have to use.  It fits with my family's plan, so that's the only condition.

I'm getting a Samsung Juke mostly because I wanted a shiny mp3 playing phone that had decent texting rates. All around it seems nice feature-wise and has a camera, as well.
