PHOTOSHOP IS PISSING ME OFF!!

Ok, I am really getting fucked off right now. For some reason my rectagular Marquee Tool doesn't want to fucking co-operate.

Everytime I select it and try to use it, it brings up a pre-drawn/highlighted square. I can't drag it out or anything! So I can only select what's in that square.

WTF IS GOING ON!!!!!!!

(Sorry I'm being so harsh about this it is just REALLY PISSING ME OFF, as I've had it for a good 5 days before I gave-up and reported it to you guys.)

Here's a work-around.  Hold shift and select again.

No that doesnt work because would be like continueually clicking the area, not even saying how annoying it would be selecting small pixels.

Ah, I see your problem immediately.  Your Style is set to 'Fixed Size'.  You'll have to change that to 'Normal' (if you can't find that, it's the toolbar under the menu at the top; your mouse passes over it about 8 seconds into the video).
