Passability Problems

I've been working on a an Ability Grid in the tutorials section, but I've hit a snag.  No matter how hard I try, the player can move anywhere on the map.  I thought it was as simple as "Oh, I'll make one of the transparent tiles impassable and I'll be able to see the panorama still."  That didn't work, so I tried using an autotile and setting it to impassable, but that still doesn't work.  No matter what I do, the player can walk anywhere on the ability grid maps.

Um..... Maybe you should set an event up around where they shouldn't go? Like at the begining of a wall , and use the set move route event to change its graphic to none? If I'm right it shouldn't be passable if I'm wrong , go to your installer and hit repair.
 
You did hit 'Apply' after setting the impassable tiles to be impassable, right?
'Cause just hitting 'OK' would have kept them the way they were. Check that they're still impassable in the database.
