Passability Help

So here I was, playtesting my game, when suddenly, I noticed the goats I locked up in a uber-trapped place escape.

When I went to investigate, I noticed that the goats (and me, too) could walk THROUGH roofs and certain parts of buildings.

Here's a screenshot of one of the errors:

Notes on Picture: The textile I'm standing on above could only be accessed by passing through the left textile (which must not be passable too). If I try to move deeper into the house (button mashing the right button), it could go no further. The same goes with up and down. And stop looking at that cute little cat and focus on my poor character stuck on the roof! ^_^

I checked the tileset passability in the Database, and nothing had changed- it's an 'impassable' tileset in the database, but during playtime, it mysteriously changes to 'passable'. What's more weird is that it doesn't affect every textile of its class. Example, there are some rooftops that are 'impassable', but in the other houses, the same rooftop textiles are 'passable'.

This is turning me crazy. Help much?

Thanks! :)

Passability is tricky, especially with houses and roofs like you are dealing with. Possible causes:
-There is an error in the passability settings of those tiles, or the tiles nearby them (check both regular passability and 4-directional passability)
-You have an invisible (but passable) tile on a different layer than those tiles, which is overlapping them
-There is another tile on the same spot with the same or lower priority, but passable (basically the same as the 2nd one)

The second one that I listed is the most likely cause.

Let us know if this helps.

ImmuneEntity, I checked the map again, there's no error in the passability settings, and there is no invisible tile underneath or above that layer.

Sigh. This is sad. Could you check the map for me personally? I would provide a download link for you to click on. Please... ^_^

Re:  The invisible tile issue.  These things are sneaky.  If you erased something on a layer above the roof, say a chimney, you could easily have accidentally used a passable invisible tile to do so, and that would create this problem.
