Particle Engine fire?

Hello everyone.I'm asking for a help here.Well,I'm doing a scene in my game which a part where a city is overwhelmed by fire.I dunno how to do it.I tried the Particle Engine script and It only can create a small fire.I want something like this:-

Use a character set for it, search militantmilo fire, you'll get it. The Particle engines are kind of incomplete.
