Very simple game! You use whatever paint program you have and draw a picture using the number your given. Use the pencil/brush tool to draw your number!
For instance, should I get the number 6, I'd draw the six, and then draw something from it. Use your imagination and once you've done one number, you will keep the current drawing, and expand on it until you've done all the numbers, 0-9.
Since I'm the first poster, I'll give the next person to post a number. Keep track of your numbers by putting 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and then crossing one out or underlining what you've done already. 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
