Ownership of Content
Due to recent relevations elsewhere (irrelevant, just a reason to point this out) I would like to stress:
Any work posted here remains your own property to do with as you like.
If you want to remove your work you are free to do so at any time. If you are banned you can send an e-mail to a member of staff or come into IRC and request that your work be removed.
We may, from time to time, use images you create in news posts, announcements, contest results listings. Should you wish your work to be removed from these ask and we shall comply. This shouldn't go further than for example highlighting new games in This Week on .ORG by showing your screenshots and a link to your topic, but still if you want them removed just let us know.
If you are unsure about any aspect of the rules or our guidelines please ask.
Obviously we would prefer it if you didn't delete or remove your work, but we will not stop you from controlling your own content.
Please note that HBGames will sometimes run community drives to get money for contest prizes or web hosting, and that we operate a sponsorship system to pay for web hosting and other costs (domain names, contest prizes, etc). In this case it may be your opinion that we are gaining money from your work. This is not our intention but if you are not happy with this you do not have to post here.
Thank you.
