Overdrive! Ya!

My brother has started development on a game in RPG Maker XP. See in his game, he has an idea. The idea is, there is an "Overdrive" bar that increases every time you get hit. There are "Overdrive Skills" That deplete the Overdrive bar. Attacks can deplete a percentage of the Overdrive bar.
I have a graphic for 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100% already. I need a script to make this whole thing work.
So, anyone want to take a crack at it? You script masters and such? Much appreciated.

I just want a script for it. Of course it wasn't his idea, he got it from Riviera: The Promised Land.
