Opening .exes when certain things happen in game?

OK, well, my whole "MMO-in-Game" isn't planning out well...soooooz...I need to find out how I can have it so the MMO is opened when you tell the upstairs Wi-Fi lady..:P

(The MMO will be the .exe, derr.)
