Online RMXP game!

So look.. i`ve been trying to make a online RPG game for alot of time and it somehow never works...

can i have some tutorial that tells me how to get a RMXP game to be online? even if it says i`ll have to start from fresh..

i just want that the game will have these three options :
ABS, or XAS - i want to be able to create characters that will atack with their sword(i can paint and i did)

-online game..

-Names above the head(or below feet) and a chat..

i tried to activate netplayplus2 but i probably read the wrong guide..

can u help!?!??!

thanx

Thats the harsh way...

Dude... it`s like i`ll say, don`t use RPGM if your english is bad, i won`t help you because i want you to learn english before i`ll help!

can i have a non-insulting guide?

My advice would be not to use Netplay+ but to make one yourself instead.

I know I probably sound like an elitist prick or whatever. But seriously, something I should have done before starting my game was to:

- Learn scripting
- Learn how the online modules of Ruby work

What I would do is get the Netplay+ files, learn basic scripting, and then go through each of the scripts in Netplay+ to learn how they work, and then build my own system from scratch. That way you'll know how it works, and you'll know why it doesn't work when it doesn't.

If all you want is a basic online system then get Netplay+ 1.6.3 instead of Netplay+ 2.x, because 2.x is way too much trouble if all you want is chat and names above players. Plus a far greater variety of ABS scripts are compatible with 1.x than 2.x, from what I've heard (from constant PMs...).

And how is my guide insulting?

Uhm i don`t know its agressive and stuff...
like "learn scripting or die and move to pokemon editor"

haha i guess..

And in the 1.6.3 do you still have to do all the "localhost" stuff?
