OMG! My RMVX won't allow me to make new project

Okay. Yesterday everything is fine for me to run RMVX but when I run the RMVX. I got this fucking error message

I have the RTP installed, But when making a new project a that fucking error pop-ups..

I don't want to download another RMVX in download.com

P.s. I can't even open a project with RMVX...

Replace the Actors.rvdata file in the game folder with the Actors.rvdata file from a brand new project.
