When we made this forum we made a point not to move already made resources into it, because we didn't want to assume people's intentions over their works.
That means however that resources created in 2011 and before aren't found here! They are scattered in the Artwork forum with all the other art.
If you would like your resources moved over here, please let us know. Either post here and say you give permission, or report your resource thread, and we'll move it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
To leechers, what this basically means is any old resources are still here, just in the Artwork forum still, and it's up to you to find the license for those resources. This is basically an unfortunate legacy of the old forum being a mishmash of resources and non-resource art.
We may move posts which explicitly state a license or that they are resources for people to use, as their intention is therefore clear.
