Old vB links work again now!

I've added some rewrite rules which turn the old vB URLs into the shiny new SMF format. So links to your favourite old posts from vB will all work properly now. This should also cut down on the number of people getting 404s from following outdated links. :smile:

Jamie fixed a different kind of vBulletin link, links to specific POSTS not threads. Which fixed a lot of broken links on older threads. Please get your facts straight before posting.
