I think he watched the movie "23" starring Jim Carrey, where he plays someone with a severe mental disorder, who begins to associate everything in life to the number 23. I have never seen this nor read a synopsis on it, it is just what I've divulged from the trailers because it seems fairly obvious.

NemanjaT is probably trying to say that he researched it and is trying to find things associated with the number 23 ... Which is pointless because it's a number that really means nothing and only has like 2 special mathematical quirks about it (it's a prime number and it makes .666 when you divide 2 into 3).

This is a pointless thread, yes. I just decided to expound upon it because I'm utterly defeatist.

I thought it was a stupid movie. Every time he saw anything that could lead to the number 23, he freaked out. say, he saw the number 11, he would say something like, Oh my god.... 11+11=22, 22+ the number of cats I have owned, 1 = 23! Then he would go into his room and count his wife's shoes... Who the hell is that obsessed with a number!

The movie was decent. Story wise, it was pretty average, but entertainment wise, it was great. I can't say some holes in the plot were disappointingly annoying, but the movie itself was solid enough to keep me absorbed for an hour +.

The film itself was pretty lame, I don't want mentally ill people with fucked up senses relating everything to a number, I want mentally ill people hacking and slashing people up with rusty chainsaws or cleavers, maybe even both. Okay so the movie as a whole wasn't that bad, but it had too many flaws in my opinion and I couldn't really keep my attention on it the whole time.

It's by no means a BAD movie, it's just not as good as it could have been. The idea was great, the acting was pretty good, and the story was average... But the execution if it all was poor... They made him out to be more of a weirdo than a guy that's trying to figure out how this whole 23 deal works.

I'd rent it if I were you, see if you like it. If anything, it's entertaining.
