Not Quite Right Boss Music?

I've created new boss music, but ... somehow it just sounds strange to me. :s

Is it something I can fix, or is my approach totally wrong?

Really? Hmmm .. I think I might start from the ground up.

It sounds a bit more to me like music from a scene than a boss battle.  The song doesn't have much drive to it.

Listening to it makes me think of the end of Super Mario world when Bowser first appears in his little cup machine.

I've made a new one, check it out. :s

Note: Although it is a boss the player does not actually fight the creature. She runs, but its tense because there are some valve controlled steel "doors" blocking the way which she has to bypass. So in a sense, it is somewhat like a scene, and feels somewhat cinematic.

Yeah I agree, something about this one feels more like what you'd play leading up to a boss fight, or maybe in a really menacing dungeon.  It doesn't quite loop right, either.  I don't know exactly what to suggest as I know precisely dick about music, but I hope that's helpful for you
