Not my first HK sprite, I'm just not good at them...

Today I was bored and decided to do a little spriting, I've done HK's before. But Unlike most people on this forum who sprite HKs I suck at both the hair and shading!

Oh it's not the shading you are doing wrong. It's your color pallet that's a little washed out. Give it a bit more constrast and it'll be fine. I'll have to see a go at your hair to help you with that but I think you're downplaying yourself.

You need a darker outline around each piece of clothing. Clothing design is rather good too. I actually like the colours, could use more contrast is all.

Ok I added some hair and darkened the pallet ,could you advise how I can improve?

I think it looks nice!

Don't touch the pants or boots, those are great. The green jacket still needs more contrast. And the palette for the hair needs contrast as well. I can't really make out the details very well to comment on them, but remember that hair shines make a "halo" around the hair.

The hair's far too saturated... de-saturate it a little. Oh, and make it more... more? Just more hair, thats what I mean. Longer as well.
