Normal state?

Hey I'm using Sideview Battle System Tankentai XP - Version 2.2xp, and apparently you can regen, I've figured how to do this, but what about the "normal" state? I want the charater to regen even without having a state. Is there any way to do this? ( 0 isnt working...)

Just make the regen state always active and name it "Normal".
You can keep it activate via events.

Thanks but, I'm not sure how to make it activated via events...
