Non-SDK Counter attack script.

Detailed Description:
Okay, so I am looking for a script that is non-SDK, and that is compatible with Tankentai's side view battle system.
The script specifics I am looking for are:
The ability to counter enemy attacks (skill and physical, but kept under separate counter abilities).
I also would like it if the script would allow the counter ability to be tied into weapons/armors. (Example: A character equipping a Red Sash would gain the ability to counter attack)
