Nighttime Screen Color Tone

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could tell me a good nighttime screen color tone that they use? I've been messing with it for a while now and I can't get it to look right. Right now, the best that I've gotten is:

Change Screen Color Tone (-34, -17, 17, 187), @20

But it doesn't look right and I can't really place what is wrong, -just that I don't like it. :lol: So, I thought it would be interesting to steal see what the rest of you use.
