New to the forums

well, let's see...
as of right now, I'm living in a house with my roommate in Texas. I'm currently working as a quality control inspector, and it's a pretty laid back job.
I was born in Mexico, but I've lived most of my life in Texas, so most of the things I've been taught has been influenced by the American education system.
When I find myself bored, I tend to look for things that catches my interest on the internet. Paranormal stuff, conspiracy theories, music, cultures, religions, etc.
I like to pick up instruments and mess around with them, but I'm no where near a professional. I actually own 3 different instruments...a guitar, a keyboard (piano), and an ocarina. My buddies always tease about the last one, but meh, whatever.
I like watching anime, and since I watch it so much, I've been able to pick up a few japanese words here and there, which is kinda cool considering that I'd like to visit japan someday.
Other than that, I'm pretty much a laid back guy, just observing life as the years go by. ^_^

Also I have an ocarina, too, but I haven't tried playing it in a while. It has a pleasant sound and it's fairly easy to learn, which is why I bought it. Hm...maybe I'll try playing it tomorrow and see how much I remember.
