New theme selector

If you look at the bottom of the page you'll notice we've brought back a new feature that we used to have a very long time ago (in the days of vb ~) - a theme selector. The dropdown includes the Aqua, Classic, H4XX0R, and Hallowe'en themes which are all unique to HBGames and won't be found anywhere else.

I might add the dropdown elsewhere, not sure where. Somewhere more convenient.

If anyone finds any forum errors or login errors now please let me know right away; I took backups before adding this mod.

The H4xx0r theme is now netbook friendly (thanks Yeyinde for the suggestion).

Ignore the "Aqua In Red" theme for now. I was gonna make a recolour of Aqua but it seems I suck at recolouring; I'll make actual new images for it probably tomorrow.

Cool idea guys. Not a major fan of super dark themes, so it's good that you have a couple different things going on at once.
