These are really nice! Not much else to say really. Much better than my first attempt believe me :P. Id just say the green t-shirt could so with some work and to use the same shading method you used on the top-right guy's hair, and apply it to the bottom-right guy. You see how the shading doesn't follow the spikes in his hair? Thats really all you need to change. Well done from me!

Hmm, pretty good. The green shirt looks pillow-shaded to me, as do the matching white pants. The white hair has very little shading, but overall, not bad for a first try.

not necessarily, he could just posat one from from each side (up down left and right) for critique if he plans on using these himself and doesnt want others to use them they look nice work on them some more and they can be great

they are pretty god man! ^^ So I think you must improve a bit the shadows (more contrast in the shirt for example) and be careful with the color og the lineart! I tried to improve a bit the first one. ^^U

Yeah, that's an improvement, but the pants need a dark contrast color for darker shades IMO. But good advice through example.
