"New Mode 7" Issues...

I'm having a rather annoying problem with this script. I hear people rave and rant about how awesome it is, but I can't get it to work! Every time I try to move to a Mode 7 map, or load a save starting on a Mode 7 map, it gives me an error message...The code I'm using is the one written by MGCaladtogel, not Mewsterus's by the way.

...phew. I think that's all of them.

This is the error:
"line 272: TypeError occured
nil can't be coerced into Fixnum"

I wish i knew more Ruby... :( I can't figure out what's wrong.
 
Dear lady,

I am afraid that we would need further knowledge to help you than just the script. There could be another script interfering with Mode7, or it may be how you have the feature enabled in your map.

If you have other scripts, you may wish to list them. And out of curiosity, how do you have your first Mode07 map name coded.

As an example, I have set up a simple map with this:
MAP001[M7][#40][C]

The [M7] code turns Mode07 on,
the [#40] code sets the angle to 40 degrees,
and [C] keeps the player character centered on the screen.

But again, script conflicts could be the issue.

I don't think saves are compatible if they're made before you inserted the Mode07 script. Also, it's not all that awesome yet (For me anyways) because it lags a lot on large maps :( . Anyway, in order to move to a map that has M7 enabled, the map you're currently on also needs to have M7 in it's map name if any of your tiles in the next map are using the terrain tags mentioned in the script to make the tile vertical.
