Howdy folks. I'm Jay, I used to be a moderator at the rpg2knet forum (briefly) back in the day when I was known a "Sezeroth." I used to use RPG Maker 2k/2k3 a lot, but haven't in years. I'm into Python (The programming language) and music making now, also trying to make a metroidvania (I hate that word) type game with Platform Studio. I found this forum searching the net for new RPG Maker games and other software developing programs, hoping to get back into it a little bit.

I enjoyed my years when I had involvement with the game making community and would like to take part again, even if I am a little rusty and don't have a lot of time. I have three kids, I'm an active musician, and I'm going back to school, so it's hard put a lot of time into things anymore.

Anyhow, that's me. If you wanna know any more about me just ask, I'm gonna check out more of this forum.

Coolness. With python I'm in the process of making a Castlevaniaesque game and editor, and I'm still checking out platform studio. Thinking about writing a tutorial for it, since I haven't seen a good one anywhere. Basically just re-using the sprites for the game I'm making with python to test out Platform Studio. If it's as good and powerful as it's starting to look, I may transfer the game over to it, and release the simple editor as-is.

Maybe I'll post some screens of my progress with the game and a rundown of it later on
