Network utilization at 0.02%.

Ok, I have verizon DSL, and I have been having problems ever since. What happens is my internet will go slower than the infamous dial up. So, I CTRL + ALT + DELETE and go to the networking tab, and what do I see? Network utilization at 0.02 - 0%. So, could anybody help me here? Its really pissing me off.

There are a few things you can do: Check to make sure there are no metal obstructions between you and the router, and check the wireless settings are the first few that come into mind.

You could try calling Verizon, or rebooting your network.
