hm...this is really one of the few times I get actually "Inspired" to do sprite work. See, I was sketching concept character templates for an 3D games some of my friends are designing, and I was pending as an concept artist, they had wanted an big head, floating hands and feet idea. So after a few gos, I had this super frikking cute little knight man, so I was thinking ZOMGOSH XD That would look awesome as an sprite. why I thought that, no idea.

I know that theres alot of templates out there, I don't expect this to be used at all, but I thought it was fun, lol, this is one of the few items when I actually was inspired while spriting. C&C welcomed.

anyways, Heres the WIP front view, some simple spriting on the template with my characters Miho and Sean, as well as an agent sprite I made and a Rock Lee sprite made by cingin, ROCK LEE IS NOT MY SPRITE! (I say that becuase I don't like his sprite, but I thought chibi Lee was adorable XD)

hm..I guess there are some templates out similar to mine, most popular the cucumber breeze by greenraven, but mine is different I guess since the hands are feet are distached. personally, I just find it frikkin cute XD

Especially the over sized heads, their possibilities of expressions are ENDLESS!!!! Theres a way bigger space to work on for expressions, and hell yeah it was fun XD

Wow, its like Rayman in which they don't have arms or legs. :D

Kind of cute, though unless someone was creating something a little more surreal, not a lot of people would use it.

When I was a child, I use to draw chara like your template, but they don't have body, only head, hands and foots.

So, your works remind me my childhood, thanks for that.
