My old template was a pain in the ass, so I started over. Heres what I have now:

I really like how it turned out so far. C&C Please.

(Oh yeah, don't give me any of that "Oh not another template, everyone stop making these" crap. This is for my game. If someone wants to use it, thats great. But its being made for my project; So yes. There'll be resources for it.)

Raise his head up another few pixels. It still looks like he's neck-less. The chick's okay, though.

Also from the back it looks like someone's picked him up off the ground, since it appears his feet are dangling. Remember that the default perspective is looking "down" a little; the feet are going to have to end in heel then be covered a little by the legs, as if we were looking at the back of him, but from the ceiling.

Added Teen template, and made the male taller and fixed his feet.

those look like its from a gameboy game, nice.
If it's going to be used for rpg maker I think you should make the characters a little bit bigger.
